Santa will wear his new LZR Suite
Talk on the pool decks across the nation is that Santa will be wearing his new LZR suite this year. If this is true, then we can expect our presents to be delivered much earlier this year than last year. It seems that Santa was watching this years extraordinary Gold Medal accomplishments of Michael Phelps and said to himself, “if it worked for him, it will work for me too!”…..So Mrs. Klaus ordered his new $400.00 LZR suite…..I am sure now that he will cut his time on this years delivery….HO HO HO! Merry Christmas
About Coach Pete
Hi, this is Coach Pete Spagnuolo. I have recently retired from a long and successful career of over 40+ years of coaching. During those years, I have developed Junior Olympic, Sectional, and Zone Champions. I am an active member of the American Swim Coaches Association and am a Certified US Swim Coach.
I have recently relocated to Loveland, Colorado, leaving sunny Fort Lauderdale, Florida where I was the head Age Group Coach for Team Weston Aquatics. I have coached national and international swimmers with world renowned U.S. Olympic Coach Jack Nelson at the Swimming Hall of Fame, Canadian Olympic Coach Nick Baker of Peak Performance Swim Camps, and Venezuelan National Team Coach, Tomas Victoria at Team Weston. I have extensive knowledge and experience in teaching stroke technique and stroke development.
In addition to being an age group coach, I am also a Masters swim coach and triathlete coach . I have coached three Hawaii Ironman Finalists and have been the personal coach of Jennifer Magnission, one of Florida’s top female triathletes.
I am writing this blog to share my wealth of experience and knowledge with fellow coaches, swimmers and swim parents. I hope you enjoy my posts and find them useful in your training and swimming careers.
